Sally's House is a place where pregnant women with a substance abuse problem can redirect their lives, while keeping their children with them during the process. Located in Brevard County since 1993, more than 1,000 women and children have resided at Sally's House. Seventy healthy, drug free babies have been born -babies who would have been born into violent, abusive, drug infested environments.

Each of these interventions has saved taxpayers $250,000 that would have been spent in the just the first week of an addicted baby's life, and the cost continues.

Sally's House, the heartbeat of PREVENT! offers 6 to 24 months residence and support services, including family case management, outpatient treatment, counseling, childcare, transportation, education and employment training. Referrals are accepted from government agencies, drug treatment programs, faith based programs and other human service agencies.

When you change the life of a mother, you change the future for her children. That ripple effect can last for generations.
